Return and Exchange Policy

Goods eligible for return or exchange must have been purchased within the last seven (07) days and meet the following criteria:
The goods must belong to the approved return and exchange product category.
The goods were delivered with wrong prices, damaged or incorrect packaging, or wrong product/model/variant/size/color.
The goods are defective or not as described on the website.
Returned goods must be properly packed, unused, and in sellable condition.
The customer will bear the logistics cost for collection of items that are to be refunded or exchanged.

Goods Not Covered Under Return and Exchange Policy

Temperature-sensitive food items, fresh produce, cosmetics, perfumes, and undergarments.
Goods that are personalized or made to your specifications.
Items missing accessories, freebies, or promotional gifts included at the time of purchase.
Gift cards, sale items, and promotional products.
Returns or exchanges due to change of mind are not accepted.

Refund Procedure
Once your return or exchange request is approved, you will receive a confirmation via email or phone.
In case of a refund, the purchase amount (excluding delivery fees) will be credited back to original payment method.
In case of an exchange, you will be notified of the scheduled delivery date and time for the replacement item.
